Sergey started his career as an economist at AB Incombank where he was promoted to Managing Director of Investments before becoming President of Inkom Capital, investment and financial services company.

Kai–Uwe Mehlhorn has held the position of Vice President since June 2013 and heads up the company’s financial and economic function.

Galina Rysakova has been the company’s Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources since June 2013.

Maria Florentyeva has held the position of Vice President of Rostelecom since June 2013 with responsibility for strategic planning and investor relations.
Maria was one of the founders of the WebMediaGroup where she was responsibl
e for finance, corporate development and investor relations.Before that she was Director of Corporate Development at National Telecommunications. She has more than 10 years of experience in the investment banking sector.

Alexander Abramkov has held the position of Vice President at Rostelecom since July 2013. He is responsible for corporate property management and organizational, documentary and day–to–day support of Rostelecom’s business operations.

Dmitry Sadkov has held the position of Vice President since June 2013. He heads the company’s integrated information technologies function and works on improving information technologies to enhance Rostelecom’s operating efficiency and reduce its costs.

Vladimir Mironov has been Vice President of Rostelecom since August 2010.

Anton Kolpakov was born on April 30, 1971 in Leningrad. He graduated from the St.Petersburg Russian Academy of Aerospace Instrumentation. From 1998 to 2005 Anton worked in telecommunication companies CJSC PeterStar and CJSC Petersburg Transit Telecom, before moving in 2005 to OJSC Dalsvyaz, where he held the position of deputy general director of business development and then general director. From 2009 until OJSC Rostelecom began merging with Svyazinvest’s interregional companies in 2010, Anton worked as General Director of OJSC Rostelecom. In October 2013 he was appointed Vice President of OJSC Rostelecom and Director of its Urals Macroregional Division.
Dmitry Proskura was born on March 7, 1970 in the city of Kirov, Dmitry graduated in 1991 from the Kirov Polytechnic Institute and in 1999 9from the Moscow Technical University of Communications & Informatics and the MIRBIS Moscow Higher International Business School (presidential training programme). He also holds a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree (1977), a PhD in economics (2009) and an Executive MBA (2006).
Dmitry has worked in the telecommunications sector since 1992, working his way up from software engineer in OJSC Kirovelektrosvyaz to deputy director of the marketing branch in the Kirov division of OJSC VolgaTelecom. In April 2006 he was appointed deputy general director of VolgaTelecom and director of its Kirov branch. From July 2007 to March 2011 Dmitry held the position of deputy general director of VolgaTelecom and director of its Nizhny Novgorod branch, before becoming director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of OJSC Rostelecom. In April 2011 he was appointed Vice President of OJSC Rostelecom and Director of its Volga Macroregional Division.
